Tomorrow I am going to start The 28-Day Squat Challenge.
I am also going to start tracking my meals with MyFitnessPal since we are getting on track after the big move to Japan. My goal is to lose 25 kg, but I do not know yet in how long I want to do it. What is realistic? I am not sure. This week I am going to sit down with Siffi and set myself some smaller goals (like the 28-day squat challenge) that will help me achieve my ultimate goal.
So from now on you can expect to see some updates and possibly pictures on how I am doing.
