To help me stay on track eating healthier and drinking less soda I have decided to open up my food diary. It gives me motivation to log all my food and also to skip the "unwise in the moment" decisions when my cravings over take my brain :)
Feel free to look at it, comment, ignore it or what ever.
My intention is to continue my walking, pilates and add one or two trip to yhe gym per week.
I am also going to stop drink soda at home. Water and tea, thats it at home.
