In August and September I walked less than 50 km in total. Today I weigh exactly the same as 1st of August.
My knees are okay now. My physiotherapist has worked wonders and now I can even sit japanese style for a while without my knees hurting. But I still have a long way to fo. All my leg muscles are stiff and need alot of work until I can move correctly. My calfs are really stiff and these days they hurt alot. My physiotherapist has banned my daily walks until we get the pain in my calfs under control. Until then I can bike, so when Siffi is back home I will go to the gym to bike a little few times a week.
I feel really good about the way I am working on my physical problems. Working on the source so to speak. If I can get my feet and back in better shape and not so stiff the rest will follow :)
In October I am working on a little project, a challenge really and I look forward to it alot :)
