This week has been good. I have gone for two walks alone, and managed to jog a little, and suprised myself at how much I could jog even though it wasnt much. I also did a set of pilates workout two mornings this week.
I have a desl with Siffi that I will get time two mornings a week to do my pilates and he will eat lunch at home twice a week so I can go for a walk alone. But of course Margret and I will continue to take our walks most days :)
