As I wrote yesterday I am going to follow the 28-Day Squat challenge. Today's challenge was 20 squats and I just finished :) Nice feeling to complete the challenge for the day, tomorrow I have to complete 30 squats! Looking forward to it.
My meals were okay today. breakfast was a bit big but okay, oat-meal, toast, bacon and egg. Tomorrow I am going to skip the bacon and only have 1/2 slice of bread since the Japanese bread is huge. For lunch we went to Joyfull and I got the chicken steak again, it is very tasty and filling it is only 498 kcal. It is so nice when restaurants include nutrition information on their menus.
Tomorrow Siffi will go to work for the first time since we got here and it is going to be interesting to see how our day goes :)
