Now I have tracked all my meals for 10 days in a row. I am very suprised how much japanese food is already listed in MyFitnessPal. It makes everything so much easier, just scan the barcode and it is listed :)
I have also been on a walk for most days since I arrived. This week Margret and I went to a Shrine nearby, some of it was on her pace so it didn't do much as an exercise but during some of it she was in her stroller and I could walk as fast as I wanted. The many steps to the Shrine wete also a great exercise.
