I let the weather get to me way too much. I have not been very active these last weeks. The cold and the rain is stopping me from long walks and going for a jog. Earlier this week I made it on a long walk since the weather was very nice, but now ots back to rainy and cold. I have done some pilates workouts and yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in a long long time.
I know how ever that my biggest problem with my weigh loss goal is my eating habits.
First thing first. Drink less soda. First step drink more water and try to be more aware of my soda drinking habits. I am thinking about making some bounderies, but havent decided on them yet so I will write them down here when I am ready.
Tomorrow Siffi is going to the north of Japan for the weekend. Wakunaga is competing both Saturday and Sunday. Margret and I are going to have to find somthing fun to do while he is away :)
