My biggest problem with tracking what I eat is reading food labels. The kanji is not easy to read you have to know them to understand. For example is タンパク質 = protein !!! of course!
But I found this excellent guide to reading food labels on a website called surviving Japan, I will definitely be taking a closer look at this website.
But now that I have the basic words under control I am going to insert some of the food I eat regularly in MyFitnessPal to make it easier to track everything I eat :)
I other fitness news we finally got a stroller for Margret so now we can take longer walks and we are enjoying it alot :)
