I would like to share with you over the next weeks my favorite kanji s. I learnt a little Japanese while I lived in Japan and some kanji s are just stick with me, while others I forget. It is not easy to learn Japanese and especially the kanji s, but I will continue my study here from Iceland.
First is: Ame
It means rain.
The reason I love this kanji is that is makes so much sense when you look at it. It's like you are looking at rain through a window :)
I had seen this kanji many times and when someone told me what it means I realized I should have know.
