In June I walked 75,2 km compared to 70 km in May. I did not reach 100 as I had planned, but at least it is an improvement :)
I lost a little weight and now I have 18,5 kg to go. I am trying to focus more on the job ahead than what I have lost, since I don't miss these extra kg at all. Always counting what I have lost somehow focuses on the wrong end I think :)
The last couple of weeks have been very hard. I had a bladder infection that didn't want to go away, but now I am on the mend with better medicine. I have had some fever, pain and a lot of fatigue. I have not been able to walk as much because of this and it has brought me a little down for the last few days, but now I am feeling much better.
After a kindergarten morning on Sunday the 21st, where I had to sit on the floor Japanese style for almost 3 hours, my knees have not been good and my back has ached from time to time. I went to the doctor's last week, meat with a physiotherapist and will be going again soon. The focus was mostly on my back and hips, but when I get back from our trip to Tokyo, I will have them check out my knees as well.
Talking about trip to Tokyo. On Friday we are going for a week to Tokyo to meet up with Siffi's family. We really are looking forward to it and specially our planned trip to Disneyland :)
