Happy New Year and thank you all for a wonderful 2015.
I have not been very active on the blog latly but there are two very good reasons for that.
First like I have already told you our computer broke down and it hasn't been fixed yet.
Secondly I haven't been feeling very well latly, always tiered and with no energy. I finally came to the conclution that it couldn't be just the cold I had for two week since it wasn't getting any better. I went to the dictor's office and had some bloodtests. Apparently I have anemia and iron deficiency but I got some iron pills and it will all be better soon.
Last night we celebrated New Years with our friends and had a great night.
We started of at home with a semi icelandic New Years dinner and prepaired some snacks for the party.
One of my fave New Years family traditions is making cheese sticks. This year I had some help from Margret :)
Siffi's request for snack was a special cheese/salsa dip and tortillas. So last week we went to Costco in Hiroshima and bought what we needed for it :)
Here you see the huge bag of chips we got and the dip before it went to the oven. On the bottom we have cream cheese, next salsa sauce and finally lots of cheese on top :) yummy
But the best part about New Years Eve is to spend some time with family and friends and enjoy the evening :)
To all my readers I say once again Happy New Year and thank you for reading my blog.
I look forward to a good year and can't wait to start sharing my adventures and of course my sewing ;)
