First of I lost 1,2 kg. That makes 4,5 this year. I am okay with this and am trying to focus on other matters as well.
For example. I walked 83,4 km in April compered to 56,4 km in March. With the warmer weather I love going for a walk and this is something I am going to continue.
Another little victory is that now I have stopped drinking soda. I feel better and I drink alot of water instead. Candy has also gone.
Now I am trying to make a habit out of eating fruits. I know that sounds alittle crazy, most people eat fruits everyday without thinking about it. But that was not been my way. So now I am eating at least two fruits a day and find my energy is stable throwout the day :)
So for May I am going to keep up the good work. I am also going to try to work some meditation in the plan :)
